Our Story

Mica Group, est. in 2018 by Mr. Oria Altman (CEO), is a fund raising & finance strategy consultancy firm. With 7 years of experience, we specialize in non-dilutive equity-free grants (Chief scientist / IIA, ministry of energy, and foreign governments and institutions).

Oria Altman

CEO

Since 2014 Oria has been helping companies of various sizes and by helping them tell their story in the right way to the right gov. agency, etc. (both IL and foreign ones) - all with a track record of ~80% of success, while getting approvals for budgets amounting to $10M's.

Oria holds a dual BA from the Hebrew University in both the Amirim excellence program & Cognitive Sciences. Oria currently works on his thesis regarding the 'learning' aspect of Machine Learning.

Noam Glinkewitz

COO

Noam is an experienced Projects and programs Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit organizations.

Noam is skilled in fundraising, program development and content writing and is a researcher with a master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from The Hebrew University.
