When registering on our Site, subscribing to our email list, filling out a webform or entering information on this Site you may be asked to enter your name, email address, company or other details to help you with your experience. We may use this information to send periodic emails regarding Mica-Group’s products and services we think you may be interested in, as well as to follow up with users after correspondence or requests for information (live chat, email, webform or phone inquiries).
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information (“Personally Identifiable Information”). Mica-Group is committed to ensuring the security of your information. Our Site, servers and services have security measures intended to keep users’ information protected. Users are required to protect their usernames/passwords or any other security-related information. If we learn that one of our systems containing personal information has been breached, we will act to notify users.
Mica-Group uses internet cookies. A cookie is a small text file that contains no Personally Identifiable Information and that is placed in the memory of your browser. Please note that we have no control over and do not guarantee the nature of information on these sites, it is quality or the site’s privacy policies. This policy does not apply to such linked sites. We do not endorse or recommend products or services that appear as pop-up advertisements. Any endorsements that we do make are limited to products and services that we
explicitly recommend and not those that appear on our Site through advertisements or otherwise.
We do not offer our services to children under 18. We will not gather information from Users we know are under 18. Our services are not structured, and our Site is not built to attract children under 18. Where a user identifies him/herself as being under 18, Mica-Group will not collect, store or use his/her personal information. In addition, where a User is found to be under 18, we will delete his/her personal information in a secure manner.
At your request, we will inform you what personal data we have stored about you and for what purpose(s). Should we ever have stored false data about you, despite our efforts to only store accurate and current data, we will correct it promptly upon recognition or at your request.
